The Media continues to hammer Liberty candidate Rand Paul. They cant find much wrong with his positions so they have to attack his profession. Good thing no one trusts the media anymore.

Some thoughts on Washington State Senate Race
Dino Rossi and Clint Didier both need to start campaigning more. Dino Rossi still doesn't even have a website with his positions yet. Didier hasn't updated his website very much. You got to have an active online community these days if you want to win elections. Didier started out good but for the last few weeks his main headline has been about his position on taking farm subsudies. Ok, Farm subsudies we dont like them, but start talking about something else like the deficeit and out of control spending. Hammering away at those two issues alone will draw lots of support. Rossi on the other hand is not campaigning much as of yet. The first election is just over two months away. Rossi better realize it wont be easy taking down the Tea Party backed Didier. As a matter of fact it will be interesting to see how Western Washington votes with Paul Akers and Dino Rossi splitting up the votes while Didier will easily take Eastern Washington. I am guessing about 40% of conservatives live on the East Side of the state. Thats a pretty big chunk Didier can depend on. If Paul Akers withdraws from the Race then It will be Rossi vs Murray. Didier still has a chance but I want to see a more effective online presence. He really needs to focus on Eastern Washington and Tea partiers from the West side. If he does this effectivly he can upset Rossi. Paul Akers needs to stay in the race, he is Didier's only shot at winning.

Will the United States be the next Greece?

By now you have probably heard that Greece's Economy has crashed. Rioting on the streets and no jobs are common. Many are beginning to ask if this country will follow their footsteps. I think we have about 10 years to go before things get that bad. If we keep spending the way we are and we let these clowns stay in office, there is a very good chance the crash could come sooner. I do think Americans are waking up. Most people are tired of all the debt and spending. I would hope Americans are not as dumb as Europeans. We truly are on the road to serfdom as Hyak taught more than 50 years ago. We need to realize that we still have some time before things get really bad. I don't know how long it will be til things start coming apart but you can get ready preparing today. I hope we can change things in this country. I know we can. But we have to admit our problems and change our behavior. If we dont...We will be just like Greece.

Good as Gold

I have been doing alot of research the last year or so about Gold and currencies. The economy is not doing so hot right now. The price of gold has been rising consistently, especially since the Greek crises. I have been hearing reports that the Obama administration is thinking about another stimulas package. If its anything like the last stimulas package, I am going to go out on a limb and say it will only cause more inflation and not help the economy. Perhaps one of the only reasons the dollar has been staying above float is the that the Euro has been doing very horrible after social programs have drained Europe. The European Union bailed out greece and its put alot of strain on the euro. Gold and Silver protect you against inflation and your purchasing power is saved. If you have no confidence in the current Keynsian philosophy of inflationism. Be smart and buy Gold.
